So the plan is one more big run and then dropping down to lifetime trt, which I'm currently prescribed.

Goals are the norm, lean mass and strength. And of course diet is the make or break factor for me in any cycle I've ever ran, so I'm in the process of finishing a agreement with a well known diet coach.

I'm currently on Dr prescribed trt, 200mg/wk of cyp, I also receive 200mg/wk of Deca, for as the Dr says, "increased anabolism", lol, really its down on paper for joint pain relief. I'm also prescribed 100mcg of t4 per day. I've been on only trt dose for a month now. Plan on waiting maybe another two months to make my run.

I'm gonna be 42 this year, been at this on and off for 20+ years, and body is taking a lot of wear and tear, two torn pecs amongst a bunch of other dings.
I'm fortunate to basically be retired, I don't have to work if I don't choose to, even though I'll help out a couple times a week at the rehab center I'm involved with.
I have a young family, a beautiful caring and understanding wife of 3yrs and two boys, ages 2 and 9. I have the world by the ass, so why take any additional risks with my health? Why not travel the world, and eat that piece of cake that I would have not touched in the past? Priorities change for some when we see loved ones around us passing on so much more frequently.

I'm currently 5'7" 198lbs this am, running really low carbs and calories and hitting the cardio real hard right now. Weights are 4 times a week. Planning on dieting down to as lean as possible before doing this next run, maybe another 8 weeks or so.

I have 285ius of norditropin and have another 180ius available monthly. I always have 500ius of meditrope black tops set aside also.
Probably going to run some slin along with the gh on training days and igf-lr3 along with the gh on non training days.

The aas plan will look like this, please let me know any thoughts, ideas or suggestions, even criticism is welcome, lol

I'm talking to a sponsor on another board that offered to supply my aas if I run a log in their section etc, they have a little different plan on this last blast than I do so I don't think I'm gonna go that way despite the free gear. Anyhow, my favorite and most reliable source is right here and has never let me down, so chances are I'll be shooting him my order soon.

Here's the 20 week aas plan:
30mg/ day dbol kick start 4 wks only

1 gram to 1.5 of long acting test per week

7-800mg/wk of EQ (most people think EQ is weak and a waste but I respond incredibly well to it)

4-600mg/wk of Tren E

4-600mg/wk of Mast E (never ran this ester but, had great success with the prop ester)

Any thoughts, ideas or suggestions welcome.

If that's the plan to jump on TrT for the rest of the time isn't it healthier and safer to just start the trt, cause if you put on a lot of size and the trt cant match the test level as the cycle wont you just lose it?

I get your thought process, but I've yet to lose all of my gains from a cycle after coming down to trt, as long as I eat and train accordingly I keep a chunk of the gains post cycle.
Do you lose all you gain?

I lose some, I try to get my test up ass much as possible with pct and sups, but I guess there more test to be offered with trt then pct lol!! that's awesome man you got good genetics if you keep most of your gains your a lucky duck
 
Now that's a fucking blast! What about 50 - 100 mg of proviron for entire cycle? Anything to control estrogen on that much test? The Mast isnt enough. Your asking for a total mental fuck with those test doses + the tren, at least i would.

I thought about proviron, only used it twice ever and both times thought it was a nice addition, I was really able to cut back my use of AI's.
And yes I have aromasin on hand for my AI, I'm fortunate because I really don't aromatise much even at high test dose.

And I really don't think 3.5 grams of mixed compounds is really that crazy, especially when EQ and Mast are pretty mild. The tren e is what I'll have to watch. With the amount of blood works I consistently get done if things get too out of whack I'll just back off or stop.

Does anyone have any experience with Mast E? Should I expect the same results as mast p, normally the compound is the compound despite the ester.

Humalog 10iu preworkout and gh before bed is how I run it. You could also do humalog pre and your gh post workout. I was always taught to keep them separated. If I remember correctly insulin increases somatostatin which shuts down gh. If I am wrong I apologize but I'm pretty sure I'm right.

Hey Brother, Looks like a Hell of a Run there, I've ran Mast E before and really enjoyed it, I think I like it better then Prop
I notice your like the same exact size as me lol I'm 5'7" and 194-197 fluxing, ill have to see some pics of you see if maybe we have the same type of genetics

As I was saying in the above reply, I tend to have that same result coming off of a nice solid run, I don't even stay on TRT, I usually start the Nolva/Clomid
routine with ever other day aromasin at 12.5mg and I usually grab a good test booster supplement or two to help restore the natty levels, and being completely honest
about it I literally don't stop feeling the "ON" feeling until 2-3 months after ive stopped Everything and went cold turkey, literally lose maybe 2-3 pounds and its
almost always just water weight or fat ya know? Not too sure this time because ive been kind of on a long cycle plan on starting some hCG in a couple days after I get my first bloods done, and pin 500mcg 2 days a week.. not postivie I'm going to do itt cause I' just started bayouboys Test E so I wanted to give that a couple weeks to get more bloods for him to see how well his brew turned out

I was kind of thinking about the mental sides too, I hear a lot of people get the Anxiety and Same sides almost as Tren on EQ,
Not anywhere near a know it all obviously lol but I would wonder if those two will be a factor..
I know I get the sides off and on running tren, never tried EQ thinking about it since I'm doing a long esther run for the next month and I have a bottle of EQ 300mg The anxiety kills me though with tren guess ill have to find out for myself.

Insulin suppresses endogenous GH brother has no effect on an exogenous source you actually want them too peak together too increase IGF 1 . of using secretouges like GHRPs or MK677 that's a different story
