Buy a coffee grinder 10£ amazon

Ground them oats into dust and suck em down, I grind up 2kg at a time takes 10 minutes max

Pre and post wo shake for me are 50g 90% whey 35g oats 35g dextrose.. Tastes great post wo add a banana

Use em for cutting or bulking just add water and suck em down

That's a great idea, gonna have to try this. I buy the steel cut oats, and my problem when i add them to a protein shake is they clump at the bottom, so I drink the entire shake and then have ~1cup of oats stuck at the bottom of the shaker cup lol.
 
When you grind them, would you measure before you grind or do you use a scale to weigh out the grams afterwards? just curious...
 
yup

use a coffee grinder and always have a 200g on me for when dont have time to eat just mix em with some water and suck en down
 
I normally hate oats, unless they are the instant packets with loads of sugar. just got a coffee grinder. gonna chug some down rn! thanks for the tip

Oats are not bad when you mix a scoop of flavored protein powder in with' em. I usually use vanilla and sweetness from the powder gives its a great flavor. Then I like to add a few blueberries as well.
