Ok so I see a lot of guys incorporating excessive amounts of premade Proccesed foods and coming too me and showing me there my fitness pal and saying I'm not leaning out and I'm following the guidelines you gave me. Then I look in the diary in there little app and there incorporating all kinds of shit going by the nutrition (FACTS LOL) on the package guys these thing are so far from accurate its laughable . also marketing health foods is a night mare . And the way they advertise . for instance they have several brands of organic fat free milk that boast good source of Omega3s ( a fatty acid ) how is there a significant amount of omega3 in FAT FREE ANYTHING????
