Welcome brother. While we are all here to help, one thing that will hinder your own knowledge and learning is being spoon fed. Do some leg work and come back with specific questions.

Welcome aboard. As NOS said Nobody's knocking you for being new, we've all been there but you have to do some research on your own. Spoon feeding is very looked down on in this community. We love to help each other out and share knowledge but you have to put some time in it as well

Yep just what everyone else said. Everyone here is glad to answer questions about the water they just aren't gonna lead you to it. And that is a good thing and why this is such a great forum

I like this answer NOSMNIVEINS!. I've been on various forums for the past 16 years and spoon feeding is one thing I don't really like. I don't understand it either. I've seen actual nutritionists and some "trainers" and I say trainer lightly, lay out entire programs for newbsters. If you do something for a living and people ask you to do it for them for free or you do it for free without asking, that just devalues you and your work. If someone works hard enough to get the knowledge and experience they have, it's kind of rude to expect them to just spoon feed you everything they've worked so hard for over the years.

No offense meant to the OP. Welcome to the forum. I've just experienced this kind of thing first hand in IT where people think you are gonna fix their stuff for free because you are "friends". Also if you literally just started working than hopping on AAS isn't such a good idea. Again this isn't meant to be mean or harsh, it's just my opinion.

Welcome. Nos said it best...leg work. All the sources here are top notch. Your best bet is to review each one in their respective sections and get a hold of some books on aas. There are plenty of downloads available to broaden your knowledge. Post up, ask questions. There are literally decades if not generations here with a vast understanding of fitness, nutrition, supps and anabolics.

Please know I say this in good faith and wishes ::You dont use AAS to bulk up if you are a beginner - You learn how to train and eat. No one in their right mind ( respectfully to you ) Would take any AAS to begin. That makes absolutely no sense. AAS is not a magic potion , it is not a short cut and it never replaces experience. While I know most guys on forums never did thing properly- The best way for many many many reasons is to take your body as far as it can go naturally- Myself I trained almost 15 years- of course I was younger now 51 training for almost 40 years now and formally educated to boot. With repect to you and all across community- when I do see some 17 year old or hear someone encourage a newbie to use- It deeply sickens me and I can speak no more. To get the most out of yourself- learn how even the ways you perform a repetition makes a world of difference- duration , angle of contraction etc , how you set up your routine how your body responds , foods and how yu respond- to increase in carbs , in protiens , do you bloat with sodium increase there are variable that go on forever- to ignore and just dive into AAS is not only asinine and completely ignorant, but you short change your self- You wont get the most out of the drugs and hence waste money and time. Testosterone dont teach you to life or eat- these compounds enhance what you do - so do it right. I think people who use after 2 years are idiots but honestly at least give it that long. BULK up - eat pasta and work compound exercises like Bench, Rows, Deads and Squat. Then see what parts progress fast and what ones lag- then compensate . Good luck and Welcome to HCU- Honestly a beginner should never come to a forum for AAS thats my decades of personal experience and training hundreds of others
