Hey guys, just wanted to introduce myself. New to this board, but have been active on other forums for years (I was even on misc.fitness.weights back in the day). 38 years old, 6'3 350lb powerlifter (Though I can only compete in Bench now due to knee arthritis). Glad to have found this board.
