So I'm just trying to expand forums. I've been on phf for a while, ASF, a few little private forums and a small forum called vf which is kinda a small expansion/ branch from phf. Some good guys there.

5 ft 10 about 8% bodyfat probably (but holding water now from the frequent peptides and dbol probably). Gotta love hctz though.

Well it was damn hard to get to. Trust me, took lots of dnp, phentermine prescription, tiromel, albuterol and Eca lol. I think I've finally managed to master the art of not blowing the fuck back up after a diet and getting fat in 6 weeks like I use to. I have some pretty insane before and after pics of my 12 weeks of hell. Just gotta figure out how to post pics on this forum. Seems every one is different.

Just above is a handful of icons.. 3rd one from the end, or 4th one to right > > �� of the smiley (looks like a tree in a picture frame).

Click that, then should be kinda self explanatory..? I guess, once you've chose your source of where pic come from, there's an "upload " button.., pic will. First show up as a file name /extension, and won't appear in the field until you hit "post quick reply" below this ...! Good Luck

12 weeks later




Basically what hat has happened in the first pic was, I came off a diet was lean, decided to "bulk" and started mk677 and began binge eating trying to tell myself it was just water, I was bulking etc. gained good strength and muscle though.
