Happy new year everyone. My name ( handle ) is cuccafire12. I have been lifting since high school and now I am 35 years old. I have goals of looking better, feeling better , and achieving a few goals. I am a career firefighter and ex military for 8 years in the army. I have been in the site when my friend was in and everywhere seems extremely helpful. I have 2 cycles behind me but nowhere have the experience of some. Again.
