UPDATE: here's a little more info about myself. Was crunched for time yesterday so my apologies about the vague inro. I've been hitting the weights consistently for about 10 years. Been on the boards for around 5 to 6 years of that. started out at tnation, AB, JM etc. i'm 5'11 aprox 22% bf (started a much needed cut last week lol) weigh 229 lbs. Again, very happy to be here.
