I'm 33yrs old, I'm a member on another board, I found this board thru researching different products. I've been doing cycles off n on for 15yrs. I'm 5'10 weigh 220lbs. I'm open to suggestions and advice on ways to improve my performance enhancing workout regimen.
 
Welcome youngster. First suggestion is don't call it a "regimen". Doing that alone will add 20 pounds to your totals. This is a great board and D-red is nice guy. Oh and you forgot to post your blood type, family medical history, job history, mother's maiden name and social security number!.
