Hey guys! Brand new here and I’m excited at the wealth of knowledge I’ve seen in the short time I’ve had to look around.

I’ve been lifting natty for years and I’ve always been in ‘pretty good’ shape. I was in the marines for ten years after some combat related injuries. However, like most of us here, i worked through life’s obstacles. What brings me to this point is last year i was diagnosed with lymphoma. I was unable to eat so i lost 60 pounds before they find the tumor. Surgery removed it last October, and then came the chemotherapy. I ballooned up to 230@37% body fat.

Long story short, I’m on the upswing. I’m back to regular exercise and I’m getting back to me. A recent trip to the endocrinologist has my test below 100 nanograms. I’m here to try to pick up where the medical field dropped me off.

look forward to learning all i can!
