Wanted to introduce myself , my name is Alfonzo I’m 33 and interested in other people’s opinions and advice , I’m 5’7 180lbs and focused on getting as lean as possible , I’ve been working out since I was 15 , and I’m always looking for better ways, thank you
 
Well welcome again.

So before we make any suggestions how about giving us a little backround info about yourself my friend....info like, training history, training type(how often and what are you into), age, dietary habits, any previous cycle history....things like this so we have a better understanding on how to advise you.
 
I’ve been working out since I was 15 so 18 years off and on, I do burnouts after each set and take short breaks, I run 2 miles every other day , I train upper body 3 to 3 times a week , I eat 180 to 200 grams of protein a day , I do 3 to 4 cheat meals now and around April cut it to two a week , limit carb intake , I do carb 2hours before Gym and hour after... I have done test , tren e and winstrol was my last cycle I was really happy with results I was eating very clean , that was this past December before vacation , I started off and on cycles at 25 , I have done d bol , eq, and that’s about it , my dose of test between 250 and 500 a week , my tren 400mg weekly and 50 grams a day of Winny .
