New and dumb!

Welcome to H.U.! We are here to help you with any questions you may have. If I were you, if you are set on doing a cycle, I would run a simple test e/dbol cycle. 500mg of the test per week, and 50mg dbol per day. Try to train with weights, and do high weight, low reps, and train to failure (even better if you have a spotter.) If you do that for 12-16 weeks (drop the Dbol after 4-6), I promise you will put on at least 5 pounds of keepable mass. I'm doing exactly what I just told you basically, except I'm doing 50mg Anadrol instead of Dbol. I have low test, and have lost 20 pounds of muscle since I stopped all gear, and stopped working out. I've been back in the gym for a couple of months, and been back on gear for just about a week. I'm already starting to "feel like myself" again. God bless testosterone shots. I appreciate the advice from everyone it's awesome to find a place with so many people that are willing to offer advice. After reading comments I'm gonna go 4 weeks with just lifting weights and go down to training MMA 1x a week and lift other 4 days. See if I have any type of progress doing that........... since I'm taking 200 mg a week of test cypionate would it be worth it for those 4 weeks to jump up to 300 or 400 mg a week of test cypionate?
 
Hey all, So I'm 31 years old train Brazilian jiu jitsu, and Muay Thai, was in army for little over 8 years got out and now living civilian life..... but I am dumb on anything steroids and am hear to learn, about 6 months ago doctor found my test was shit like 300 ng/dl so I went to doc and now I'm in test cyp and HCG been doing that for 5 months now and feeling a lot better and looking at running a cycle to try and get a little bigger I'm 5"4 145lbs wanna get up to 160-165 anyways that's my story and hear to learn appreciate any advice in the future.

Welcome to HCU - I'm 53 was also in Army fought in conflict SA, Ive done Martial Arts and Fighting Systems ( I hate the word art) for over 40 years I did both yours , But I also have my Menkyo in 4 traditional fighting forms and 18 Black Belts but I consider my life unbalanced because- I have however trained around the country and world,, I'm not a fan of anything on TV or Magazines. How long have you been lifting weights as Steroids you don't usually begin until you have learned to eat and train without- In fact you could reach your gola of 165 pounds of muscle without , that I assure you. As long as though its Doc supervised you should be good - you don't need to cycle stay on the cyp for while then few months add something else- Really concentrate on your eating and even how you perform something as minute as a repetition. I go to this Place called WOW as it is open 24/7 It upsets me as I have yet to see even one person do a rep or a set correctly , but ya know ya cant tell anyone one anything - YOu came to great place though best forum on the internet Welcome again and carry on
