Welcome to HCU!

How much cyp are you on right now?

Whats your diet and training like?

How much weight have you put on with the TRT?

Lots of knowledge here. Your in the right place.

Thanks everyone, iron game, I'm currently taking just 200mg 1x week testcyp and 50 units 2x a week of HCG 5000iu, I have gained right at 12 lbs since starting TRT. Diet side eating about 3000 calories a day mainly eating salmon and chicken with fruit n veggies. We eat a very clean organic diet. Exercise side is mainly cardio basically if you watch UFC that's what I do for workouts 3-4x a week for about 2 hours a session. I do have a full gym at my job to start lifting for if I decide to run a cycle.

Welcome. If you don't lift than you really shouldn't be using any AAS. People, well smart people anyway lift for years naturally before ever touching AAS. You can easily make newbie gains still in the gym, so stay natty. Just my opinion, don't take it the wrong way.

Kins, I agree with you on that my reasons for looking at doing it is because I have done weight training in the past all through high school and time in the army and never gained any size at all I am naturally a small person and have literally tried everything to gain size with zero success...... I have worked with weight trainers and nutritionist and all I get is some strength gains but mostly I just get very cut and defined with no size change. If anyone has other ideas on things to do I am very open to trying them.

Well then I have to say those "weight trainers and nutritionists" had no clue what they were doing. If you've tried everything you'd would have had success. I can tell you right based on the very limited amount of information you've posted that you probably did or do way too much cardio and I'm guessing way too much volume in the gym. If you continue training and eating the way you do and add AAS, then you may gain some muscle, but it'll be gone as soon as you stop the cycle. And that is, IF you gain anything at all because when you add drugs you are going to have to eat even more, and you aren't eating enough to gain as it is. So it'll just be a losing battle until you are able to gain muscle without AAS, don't start using AAS.

Just trying to help you out a little bit. There are a ton of guys on here that have been doing this all their lives though, unlike myself. So I bet if you start a thread and make a log before you start any drugs that you will get a lot of help. Most of the guys here are really nice and will help you out with specifics of your diet and training.

welcome aboard. Sincere thank you for your service!!!!!!

You came to the right place as there are plenty of folks here that will help you separate truth from broscience based on their personal experience not based on what they heard. I am just making a wild guess but maybe your lack of gains root cause is low testosterone. But at your height and weight, eating 3K calories means your spending more calories than your body needs to grow and add low T and that is a recipe for lack of gains. Not sure if you ever went overseas to middle east or not but I've heard soldiers aka TRUE warriors were exposed to some nasty stuff and had to take even nastier stuff to combat the already nasty stuff that they were exposed to.

I used to be 5'7" but now I am 5'5 and 1/2 inches. We very similar in age. My old TRT doc said low T causes your to shrink due to lack of the most essential hormones to us dudes..testosterone..I can't remember the science behind it. I too tried lifting and made some gains but nothing like I did when on 120mg test per week (TRT dose). by 60 days in I was seeing myself change on a weekly basis which caused me to want to see what would happen if I doubled my test and if I added this and that.....and off to the races I went. Not smart and I don't recommend but I was basically on a 7 months blast which involved nearly all common compounds including tren which is not my friend lol.

My suggestion is to keep doing what your doing but maybe less cardio if possible and get dialed in on TRT and that alone will allow you to grow. I never had a clue what 1 round of wrestling/boxing would be so damn tiring. Lets say round 2 never happened lol. With that in mind, I bet each MMA workout is similar to a marathon lol.

Nutpuncher, yeah I did 2 rounds in Afghanistan, it was crapfest but never had another rush compare to it! Funny thing is when I enlisted I was 5'7. Definitely have shrunk lol........ so basically first step I should hit is cut out some of the cardio because yeah ya intense we have guys that run marathons come in and try to train and after one 5 minute round they are dead so it's for sure intense......... go low cardio shift to weights instead and increase calories while fine tuneing TRT.

One of my biggest mistake is not enlisting when I was younger. I could only imagine what your 2 tours in afgani was like. lol that we are both shrunk and are similar age and both have low T.

anybody wants a rude awaking? Go try real MMA for 1 round.

I didn't know that about low T. I used to be 5'10", now I'm 5'8". My lowest test reading before being put on TRT was 26 though. Although I'm a bit older than you guys so that has to figure in also.
