nerves in my arms

Ok I have had a problem with my arms getting so swole during workout that they make my nerves start hurting really bad. It usually only does it on my right arm but since I have been taking the var/tne blend it is happening on both arms.

Does anyone have this happen to them? It really screws up my workouts for a few days and then comes back again and again!

Does anyone know how to prevent this from happening?

I don't have that exact problem but kind of similar. My pump will make my arms fall asleep in just normal everyday positions. Not painful but it will effect my workouts. Especially any that require grip strength. I have not found a way around it. The days I take a pile of taurine to avoid lower back and shin pumps seem to be better from the reduced pump, but if you body build I would imagine you want the pump.

Yes this used to happen to me, but only when I was in contest prep and lean as hell. The cause was that when I'd get a huge pump while being lean the nerve in my arm were actually getting pinch by the muscle since there was little to no fat that the nerve could buffer against. It required my chiropractor to use scraping blades on the triceps to give a good deep tissue working. Worked like a charm, the scraping hurts but no more pain pulsating/zapping inside my arms.
