Need help for my wife !!

She is doing a Keto diet and she is eating 3 meals a day and 2 protein shakes a day. For cardio she does 45-60 minutes a day 6 days a week and works out with weights 4 times a week with light weight high rep. She takes multi vitamin, apple cider vinegar pills and 100mg test cyp every other week . She has not been losing weight as easy as she should. Is there anything you guys can think of that she should take that would help her lose weight . She don't like T3 because she is borderline hypoglycemic. Any help would be appreciated as we are going on a cruise and she wants to look hot . She needs to lose 30lbs .

My wife had the same problem. Does cardio, weights, HIT work outs, eats clean all the time, multiple anavar and test cycles the past two year but just can't get as lean as she wants to. T3 didn't seem to do much for her. She takes phentermine on and off but it dont do much. She stays bloated all the time and doesn't eat to much. She actually needs to eat more but can't because of the bloating.

Yes her physique has greatly improved in thr past two years but nothing she does can loose that little belly of hers.
 
Intermittent fasting. Have to fucking adapt to it, be determined and disciplined about it, but nothing will strip weight like it.
Also... have to get over the mindset of needing to eat or snack frequently. Food frequency (too great) will prevent further weight loss.
Her Keto should be legit Keto.: 80 fat, 15 pro, 5c ratio.
It’s not likely she’s only getting 15% calories from protein (Keto) with the two protein shakes. If she is, she’s consuming above and beyond the amount of caloric intake she needs to be at to drop weight.

And at 100mg cyp every 10 days — she’s holding a lot of water. Long ester is not the preferred way for females.
She will see better results (less water) on twice a week dosing of short ester; either ace or prop.

True that, mine did much better on prop than she did on cyp.

Worst diet.... yet most effective (other than full blown carnivore) for healthy, quick fat loss?
Fasting is the quickest fat loss method, then depending how long the fast went — “if” there was any lean SMM (skeletal muscle mass) loss, then Keto or Carnivore will get it back fast (if fucking done proper) and healthfully with NO fat gain!
The fucking SAD (standard American diet) is the most unhealthy diet.... then next to that is fucking veganism bullshit.

I just need to find some low dose Var . She tried 5mg a day and she gets too much acne . I also messed up her shots arent every 10 days. She takes 100mg every other week so only 2 shots a month of 100mg . So 200mg a month .
 
That picture in my avatar was 2yrs ago . She is chubby but I don't think she is fat. She has about 1inch of fat and a bunch of bloat cus she also has issues with going to the bathroom. She has had issues going to the bathroom her whole life. I know she could lose 10 pounds just if her body would let her shit every day but she goes maybe 2-3 times a week . She has tried everything to go to the bathroom normal. Only thing that works is drinking Miralax every day .

I agree with many of the posts above. Try a little var or consider low dose winny as well. You already know that dit plays a huge role when trying to loose excess BF. Have you ever thought about having her try intermittent fasting. I know there are three methods and the only one I can tolerate is the 12-hr fast. IMO for men its difficult do to a strong appetite and the necessary calories needed to put on mass, but it may be a little easier for females. Also fatsed cardio works well for me and that may be another option.

I'm going to switch her to Var and Clen . Also no food before cardio . I just need to find some good low dose Var ? If anyone knows where I can get real low dose Var and not low dose dball please point me in the right direction . Maybe D-Red can find me some I'll ask him.
 
Wife had very similar issues. She did AWESOME on DNP. Only thing that finally worked. Now she is on Test Cyp @ 12.5mg subq per week for 4 weeks when Ill add in 50mg primo per week for 8 weeks. As for the bathroom issues....my wife would go a week without going. Why? She kept fucking with her diet trying different fads and not eating and blah blah blah. She finally listened and started eating a balanced diet with a concentration on upping her protein. 2 weeks in and she is usingthe restroom daily.

Erebus on the sister site has 2.5 var

D-Red is going to get me some 10mg Var and I'll split them in half . I'm sorry but for Var and mostly everything I only trust D-Red . I've had too many low dose Var before and it gave me lower back pumps which means it's low dose dball . Real low dose Var makes you sweat and get hard and strong at least for me it does .
 
Man i hate to be the stick in the mud but lets just look at the situation objectively, I train some friends and the number one rule of being a coach is never be afraid to abandon a bad plan. If she is getting no results then change the basics. try carb cycling if shes sensitive to carbs like you say tra a no carb to a low carb to a medium and back to zero fr two days then repeat. This is one of the fastest ways to increase metabolism in my experience. also change the cardio if what shes doing now doesnt work then try steady state or hiit or whatever it is just change it. IMHO its a mistake to throw more drugs at her when the goal is 30 lbs they wont get you there in any dose. ITS the basics that need to be evaluated

Simply put.., & more than agreed..!
 
She’ll lose fat quick if she can hang with a ZERO carb (carnivore) diet for upwards of a month. Once the fat is effectively burnt off to a goal weight / body recomp, THEN she can do some carb cycling a couple times a week to gain muscle. And if she really wants to get hardcore about it — a zero carb, carb load can be achieved by remaining in no carbs, and ramping up protein hella high a couple times a week. The mega protein intake will trigger gluconeogenesis (conversion process of protein to glucose).
Consuming actual carbs is more enjoyable, BUT a person has to be mega fucking disciplined, or they’ll consume too much and keep themselves out of ketosis for too long, and body fat will start creeping up again.
Carnivore + IF (intermittent fasting) to recomp. And then carb cycling a couple times a week via either exogenous consumption, or mega protein/zero exogenous carb, gluconeogenesis carb load!
