Went to the doctor last week and needless to say I knew more about what I needed done than the doc did. For a doc that is treating guys for low T he sure didnt know much about doing a blood test for the compounds I am on. I told him I was on test,Eq and deca he asks me what doctor put me on those compounds and I knew from there he had no idea what the compounds where or what they did since a doctor sure wouldnt be putting me on Eq... I told him more than once that I needed to get some blood drawn off of me because of my RBC possibly being high and he just looked at me like I was crazy...Does anyone know what type of doctor I need to see that might have some knowledge in AAS? Sad thing is this doc didnt even act like he wanted to help me at all!!!

Endocrinologist bud

Of course a doctor isn't going to put you on those drugs. A PCP or General practitioner isn't going to know anything about that though and shouldn't have to. Doesn't mean he's a bad doctor though. Did you tell him you are using these drugs on your own, and not from the doctor? If you need bloodwork though you go online. Use privatemdlabs.com select what blood tests you want, order them and go to one of the approved labs in your area.

this is what I should have done!!! The doc I went to did do bloods and urine to check everything and I go back on Friday to go over the results but I did tell him I just need a doc to oversee my health while running cycle

This is also, certainly "not" uncommon.

Most docs don't even know dick about sound Nutrition.

Been there, done that...!
going Friday to go over the results and I should be able to get a better feel of what this doc is like..He kinda acted like I was trying to get him caught up in something but not the case at all

Look for a doctor who markets themselves as an age management doctor. However, some will be OK with steroid usage and others will not. Would be best to ask when calling to make an appointment so you don't waste your time or money.

I hope this guy didn't come recommended because it does sound like he has no clue.

You should see and endo MD. They specialize in treating low T and other hormonal deficiencies.

Ha! He actually was by a buddy that is seeing him for low T...My woman is checking into a endo MD for me since she works for a few surgeons.

Titan medical ...full blood work up with test, estro, thyroid, igf, cmp, cbc and lipids is like 150$ then they can write you a script for blood dumps if you need it and monitor you while your on cycle.all over face time

Wow. Well tell him you need a script for some GH too and see what he says.

As far as the RBC and your H&H that can easily be controlled by just a blood donation. I donate every 3 months for that exact reason. Ever since that my H&H readings have always come back in normal ranges....lots of health benefits from donating as well..

I am using a general practice doctor. I was upfront with him and he said while he does not condone the use of AAS he also doesnt condone overeating, excessive alcohol consumption, drug use, or use of tabacco products but he has to treat those people nonetheless also. We have learned together and have even taught each other a few things. While he will not dispense AI's or test he will tell me whats Wrong and address symptoms if need be.

You are lucky. A good PCP is very hard to find.

got my results today and the doc wasn't so hard on me today and he even said he was shocked by how good my results looked. My test level came back capped at 2160 and he said that was way to high and I should bring it down a bit to keep from causing problems. Is this the case? My RBC was in normal range too...
