*-10 small meals wow! that's a good amount of food! you take any shakes?

Not really if u think about it 20 egg whites split into 4 meals chicken breast 2x... 2 cans of tuna washed to get sodium out... a salad with tuna or salmon... 1 bowl of oat meal in the morning... basically I avoid getting bloated and full throughout the day if I feel full I stop eating...
really if u think about it when u feel hungry and u decide to eat something the minute u take that first bite of food that feeling of hunger is gone and the rest of what happens is just filling up with food... so I trained myself to do this great diet plan I helped my wife loose 20 lbs in 1 month with no supliments at all just this same diet... the thing is with smaller meals u keep your metabolism in high gear
