Double post again because I’ve been a bit busy and keep losing track of when I posted last. Sorry about that guys. I’m feeling really good in the gym lately. The strength is going up and I feel like I’m growing each session. The minor injury I had is nearly fully resolved so it shouldn’t be too long before I’m pushing some heavy ass weight again. Going to clean up the diet a bit so that the physique looks sharper.

Thank you brother. Honestly it’s pretty easy at this point. My body is so used to the routine of walking around that it just keeps me going haha.

That’s something I need to get better at. I even bought a walking pad that I haven’t used lol. I’m going to set a reminder every hour to jump on it even for a little bit at a time. Good on you for being so consistent bro!

It also helps that my dog is used to the schedule too, so he starts asking me to go outside when it’s time to walk haha.
 
Today was back and biceps. Still really focusing on bringing up the lats on these days. Strength, sleep, cardio, diet all locked in and the effort is paying off.

Today was a brutal leg day. I increased the weight on my pendulum squats and RDLs this week, which I was a little nervous but excited for. Things are still pushing and the growth has been well. I also got a touchdown from the team at US-Pharmacies for winning athlete of the month.

Weighing in at 205lbs this morning but I’m certain the jump was water weight. Really focusing on building up my back. I tried injectable anadrol mixed with TNE today. I felt a little more energy, but I think I should have done more. Things are still trucking along fine.

Push day training today. For some reason I was extremely bloated going into the gym today. My stomach was hurting so bad that laying back to bench press was uncomfortable lol. The workout was pretty solid today. Increased all my weights and had a solid pump despite the stomach issues.

Today was a brutal leg day. I popped 50mg of anavar pre workout and guess what, I PR’d on most of my lifts. Wild how that works haha. I felt really good in the gym today, legs felt great and had a phenomenal pump. There’s no way to feel more alive than when you’re gasping for air at the end of a heavy pendulum squat set. 😁
