First off I want to thank d-red and mountain man for the invite. It took a while for me to get over here but I'm in.
I am a 41yr old male, 5'10" and 220lbs. I've had a rocky year training. In June I had an umbilical hernia repair and three weeks ago I thought I tore something in my forearm but it turned out that I had bleeding in the bursa which ruptured and leaked all the way to my wrist. I also had an inflamed and thickened tricep tendon. I took the last few weeks off to rest it and I am anxious to get back to training.
History;
I've been training since I was 19 and cycling since 21. Last decade has been blast and cruise. In 2005 I placed third in the novice men's middleweight class of the inbf ny state championships. I have the bug to compete again and would love to do the ny state npc Grand Prix next October. I have worked as a manager at a gnc, personal trainer at worlds gym and I am currently the repair technician for a national gym chain. I am Married with a 7yr old son and being a dad is the one thing I love more than bodybuilding.
I was running some cut mix, sust and dbol prior to my injury but since cut my doses in half and switched to some var instead of the dbol for maintenance while I'm down. I also threw in some cjc and ghrp 6 for a gh boost to
Help heal this tendon.
My plan starting Monday is as follows;
Test400 2xweek
Eq200 2x week
Drol 50mg ed
Dbol 50mg ed
I will be adding tren e 200 3x week when I get it in my next order(should be two weeks at most)
I will be monitoring bp throughout as I already take bp meds. I plan on only running dbol/drol for four weeks then switch to tbol/var
I am a big fan of John meadows training and nutrition philosophies. As I have gotten older I do take more care in warming up and also keep cardio in year round but I adjust the intensity based on goals. I tend to train four days per week but I always shoot for five days. Reps tend to be in the 15-8 range. I like incorporating bands for addition resistance near lockout. I usually train alone at 5am. It's hard to get someone to train that early but with my job I never know when I'm finished and I'm usually ready to go
Home after work and see the family. I tend to eat roughly 5 meals a day with my first meal being a beef protein, carb, MCT and egg white shake upon rising. Then I usually shoot for meal two around 8:30-9:00 depending on how far in traveling for work that day. Meal 3 is usually about 11-11:30 and then. A smaller meal around 2:30 with dinner at 6:30-7:00 and another shake with just egg white and beef protein before bed at 9.
I use animal packs and animal flex. I rotate pre workouts, right now I'm using bullnox by betancourt. During workout is 100gms karbolyn, 24gms pepto pro and 10gms creatine.
Well I think that's about everything. I look forward to meeting everyone and contributing what I know here. Thanks again for having me.
