-1 cup of frozen strawberries 140 grams
-1/2 small frozen banana
-1/2 cup of raw oats 40 grams Bulking 1 cup oats
-1 scoop of powdered peanut butter or 16 grams of peanut butter approx 1 teaspoon.
-2 scoops of whey. Im a snob and use grass fed chocolate isolate with stevia. Usually around 66 grams.
-Little ice
-I typically use water. I also like 50/50 mix of water and unsweetened coconut milk.

I crave this and it’s my daily staple even when cutting. It’s easy to adjust macros. Add peanut butter or oats during a bulk. I have this twice per day, everyday. In the morning and 3-4pm. No question it’s a highlight of my day lol. It’s an easy quick way for me to meet my macros and even pre-make it for later in the day if I’m out.

I had completely forgotten about that Oat Powder, (been on my "To Try " list for awhile), will have to order a tub, or two now, or soon.
I do alot of Oats myself, and have been using ON Oats & Whey, and Universals, similar Oats (also have been trying some if the variants on "Overnight" Oats.. with all sorts of goodies, even shredded. Carrot, maple syrup & raisons, Greek yogurt & whey for a "Carrot Cake " overnight Oats.

Hers another link to some good bulk powders, "Oatstarch"
In particular here, in the link, but check out the rest.

I too believe these sorts of concoction's can help ease the burden if food prep, /good for ya/ what we =us bb'rs need.

There a fee things if theirs I use, in fact have an order landing Monday, part if that is New Zealand whey isolate, I'll use in the overnight Oats.

True nutrition is an awesome company. Solid products and cool customizable options. I occasionally will make some custom blends. I’ve been meaning to try some New Zealand whey. Very high quality control all grass fed too I believe.

I get the unflavored lol. I try to stay away from the artificial sweeteners. Code fdn25 brings the oats to 10.19 right now

Sounds good brotha. I wonder how it would taste if you sub blueberries for the strawberries?
