Alright all my mass gaining peeps tomorrow is the day to show your appreciation to all those woman who gave birth to u and risked there lives to have your awesome children and nieces and nephews and cuzins.I want to here all the great things you guys did for these girls who stand by us and our life of lifting and diets.

I made my mom French Toast (yes, she's living with us while she looks for a house), and this afternoon I'll take the kids shopping for some flowers and a card for their mother/my wife. And tonight I'll use my talented body parts to give my wife a lip-biting toe-curling cuddle with her man.
