So I have been hitting my quads for my weekly test shots for a long time now...I just found it easier.
On Sunday, for some reason I decided to rotate back to the glutes.
Hit my right glute. Next day was pretty sore. Day after that it was swollen and really sore. Yesterday it was the same. Today, it doesn't hurt any more but there is a massive knot when I flex my glute...like bigger than a golf ball.
Get this though...I trained hamstrings and glutes tonight...come home...and now have swelling going down my hip/outer thigh! It doesn't hurt at all...I can push and prod it...it's just there.
Is it possible that I shot 2 cc's of test BETWEEm muscle heads? And now my lymphatic system is working it out?
