Anyone tried this? I’m looking into it now. Seems like something I might try. I have done things very similar to this before so it just takes a little adjusting. But looks kinda sick

I just got a copy of the hard copy book from a friend, so idk yet. I emailed the writer for a pdf, which I don’t mind sharing if I get it.

Yea basically. Fasting on the days you don’t train, using certain drugs and supplements at certain times. I actually just got a pdf copy if you want I can email it to you or anyone else. Just PM me
