Been doing mega fit meals for about a month now, and loving them, I cook my main 6 meals for the day, but after the gym I do my go to mutant shake with 10iu slin then take a shower and in about 45min I eat my jay cutler bowl which is great, little under 500 cal. 47 grams protein, 49g carbs.
