I ran it at 30 mg every day, so 210 per week. I saw excellent results from that small of a dose. Given it was DRed's, so we all know the stuff is legit and probably somewhat overdosed.

I totally agree with this this. Also look up "Matt Porter" he ran just 10 mg. a day with his trt and he has a phenominal physique. IMo most guys use too much tren for a crutch and should rely more on trainig and nutrition
