liver support

i am looking for some good liver support. There's a site that sells capsules with 250mg's of Tudca & 250mg's of NAC. i was told those 2 are the best to help the liver. Any comments?

I get a product with just the TUDCA. NAC has to be taken in large doses to actually do anything. Actually NAC never really did anything as far as lowering AST/ALT levels for me.

No TUDCA helped keep bilirubin in check. You need IM gluthinone to lower AST/ALT levels.
