With TUDCA. 2 grams while I'm taking the liver toxic substance and then 1 gram when I come off it for the rest of the cycle and at least a month after finishing.

Good to know... I usually run silimarin and silibin both are types of milk thistle... never ran tudca...

Dude drink a ton of water and fast tomorrow... all day... that's what I do when that happens to me... and get some milk thistle from vitamin shoppe... the liquid kind and take that every 3 hours...
