I would think as long as you mixed with water and brought to a boil that it’d be good to go.
Kinda like the whole theory of making sure your chicken is fully cooked.

So mix in the water then bring to a boil or bring water to a boil then mix in the Kratom ? Can you let it cool down then add protein sorta only way I like it

Lot of the Kratom guys are saying it's the FDA trying to recall a bunch of popular brands to basically cause more issues and give more resons when they try to ban it again soon
