I was recently asked for some diet information from a buddy at the gym. As I began my rant about macros etc, my buddy said he had been reading and told alot about keto (I told him its nothing new other than the name) but as I started to explain some of the details to him I was quickly interrupted with the news that my buddy is a diabetic. This was some what of a concern and I started to look into this subject myself. So much of it is related to sugar processing so it was really interesting to put this in context for a diabetic.
Heres a simple but informative read I had about diabetics and keto dieting.
Any experiences with this from you guys?

Keto can reverse type2 diabetes as it increases insulin sensitivity and that the whole reason one becomes type 2 diabetic . type 1 has no cure and is solely genetic . but its possible that it could greatly reduce the need for fast acting insulin and help control bloodsugar
