Just turned 50

I've seen some monsters who only lift 1-2 times per week.

foundation, foundation....Doesn't take much to maintain once you've built a solid foundation...of course won't maintain peak physique and diet will be even more important to maintain or in my case maint my skinnyess lol
 
51.5 and in the best shape of my life. Marine veteran. Doesn't mean I dont have my aches and pains. If anyone knows of a way for me find cortisone please hit me up
