Man, what a great workout today. I had an upper workout, and man did we start off on fire! I hit 225 for 10 reps on flat bb bench! That is a new record for me. I can remember to when I first started to really lock in a couple of months ago... 225 was hard to get any reps. I am amazed at my strength increases so far, especially with legs, so it is good to see some real strength gains on upper body movements as well. I also really enjoyed the underhand bb rows. I could definitely feel muscles working that haven't been engaged in a while, if ever lol. I am excited to see where this new workout plan takes me. Like I have said previously... tomorrow I will be starting 2 mg of reta per week. I am excited to get actually lean for the first time in my life. I plan on bringing out clear definition in all parts of my body, while gaining size as we go! Really excited for these next couple of months. I have a check-in with my coach coming up on Tuesday, and a change of cycle will be happening after blood work in about 2 weeks. Dropping the EQ and adding mast. I will be starting with pretty conservative doses to begin with, and upping as we go! Looking forward to the gains and sharing this continued journey with all of you!
