Today was a great full body workout. Lots of new movements being incorporated. Tomorrow I have my first check in in the morning with my coach. I had my first check in with my coach today. Obviously, since it’s the first check-in, not any changes to be talked about. Everything went pretty smoothly. Just make sure I’m locked in and understand my training regiment. Like I said earlier, I have a great workout lined up for tomorrow already planned out. I’m gonna hit it as hard as possible. Had a little talk with the coach about what my next cycle might look like. I’m really excited about everything going forward and and more locked in than I ever have been.

had a great training day today. It was heavy lower and light upper the reps listed are my one working set. I also do warm-up sets, but I don’t list them out. I also was able to get to Costco today and pick up a lot of the foods that have been locked into my new eating regiment. My last lab results that I was waiting on were my testosterone results which came back today. They show great numbers. My total test was over 3000 and my free test was over 1000. I will provide a picture attached to this to show you. At the time of getting those labs done I was on a dose of 600 testosterone which is a 5X.

Had a good day today. Was at my parents house spending some time with them. I came back in the afternoon and went to the gym to do cardio. I knocked that out and all I could think of was getting back in tomorrow morning to hit my full body workout. Working out only three times per week, Definitely gets you hyped up to get in there and give it your best. Can’t wait to get in there tomorrow and crush it.

Today we were back in the gym lifting. It felt really good. I was able to improve on all of my movements except for incline barbell press, which state exactly the same weight for the same reps. I got my package in the mail from USP today, so got more stuff for the stash now. Now we have two rest days in a row, which I’ll probably do cardio on one of them. And then we are back in the gym Monday morning. I also ordered a magnetic phone holder to record my working set while in the gym. Looking forward to get that going.

Super exciting times right now. I talked with my coach about upping my cardio so i will increase incline to be able to get my average hr around 130. I also talked with my coach about my plan for my cycle. I am now on the last six weeks of my test/EQ cycle. I will be implementing 100 mg of anavar daily. I’ll be splitting the dose tomorrow morning and then 12 hours later. Also, in six weeks I will be switching the EQ out for mast.. I’m super excited to follow through on this plan and see how much gains I can get. I will also soon be implementing GH into my cycle.. Lots of new things happening and super excited about it. Can’t wait to get in the gym and crush this full body workout tomorrow.

got a great workout in today. I was able to film all of my working sets and send them to my coach. He got back to me on some adjustments and changes that need to be implemented. So instead of taking a rest day tomorrow I will be good running through the same workout that I did today with the adjustments made. Looked pretty freaky today in the gym and it felt great. As far as strength goes all my numbers are improving. Some things I need to work on is lowering weight and doing more full movements so that’s what I’ll be doing in my next workout. Overall, great day today love the training. I also did an extra cardio day today to try experimenting to be able to get my heart rate in the 130 average? I got close but only was at 1:24 so I will be upping some numbers. Really looking forward to the future can’t wait to see what it brings.

Today was a great day overall. I started my day off by pinning my compounds and taking my anavar. After that, it was time to send my check-in questions to my coach along with my check-in pictures. Everything went great with that feedback from the coach was that if I still am getting extra hungry at night I can throw in an extra shake. We had already talked about the changes to training, which will be videoing my sets to get feedback from him. And then implementing those changes. The first thing I had to do was lower the weight and do a full range of motion. I repeated my workout from yesterday and definitely lowered the weight down and was more focused on full movements and control. It felt great and I think I got things down now. Today was a bonus workout so I also have a full body workout tomorrow to do. It’s going to be heavy upper and light lower. I’m really starting to see the changes in my body come out. Looking way more full and vascular. Hopefully all this hard work I’ve put in. Will get me in shape to step on stage next year. I appreciate everyone who’s following along

I got a crazy ass pump during my workout this morning! I again filmed my working sets and send them to my coach. Again, on some lifts i was using to much weight and throwing other body parts into what is supposed to be an isolation movement. All these little notes and suggestions will be worked into my upcoming workouts. I asked my coach if i could do another workout tomorrow implementing those changes, but i need rest… so i will be doing stretching and cardio with a few very light movements to make sure i have things dialed in. As far as my cardio goes, I think I finally found the sweet spot to keep my heart rate average in the 130s. Macros day in and day out have stayed very consistent and locked in. Friday will be my next big lift and i already can’t wait!

I redid those movements and sent film of those and things were much better today. I have another big workout tomorrow morning, which will be heavy lower and light upper. Got a couple new things coming. I will be starting growth hormone soon and I’m very excited about that. Macros again today were near perfect. Not much of note today. I had to get into work at 8 AM this morning and I just got off at 9:30 PM. While I was at work I did get a package in the mail with my dandelion root extract, more nattokinesse, and another magnetic clip from my phone to film in the gym since I lost my other one within a week lol.
