Decided to spice up the workout and take 50 mg anavar pre workout today. The pump definitely felt crazy. I even have some yk-11 in route... Thinking of adding that in for 6 weeks somewhere inside of the bulking cycle?? Haven't reached out for guidance on that yet though, lol. I know i'm definitely excited to be adding in this NPP. I always get hyped up to try out new compounds and see how they work with me. It's great still being new to all this and learning so much as I go. I'm hyped to have team Us-pharmacies behind me on this journey. This back workout was a great one. I feel like this new workout plan is hitting different muscles... I feel like there are some unique movements that I haven't done before that will be really beneficial to growing parts of my body that may be lacking. I definitely felt a lot of work in my lats on this one, which is great, because my lats were lacking before. They are definitely bigger than when I started this journey though.. I can actually pin them now, so that is a win in itself! Had a great shoulder workout that I will be logging tomorrow. We worked out through a rest day in order to catch back up to the Mon-Sun schedule that was given to me. Starting Monday we will be back on schedule with rest days scheduled for Wednesdays and Sundays. Monday will be Chest and back, tuesday will be legs, wed off, thursday chest, friday back, saturday shoulders, and sunday off. I will also be throwing in arms most likely on a day that I am off of work and have more time to be at the gym.

Continuing to shock the muscles with this new training program! This shoulder workout included a lot of new movements, and/or movements that I haven't done in a while. The drop down set of db lateral raises straight killed me. I loved seeing the pump I got in the mirror.. it was insane! Tomorrow we will be logging a chest/back workout. I also had my check-in today. First one with a new person. Looking forward to seeing the progress we can make in the upcoming weeks. Big shout out to US-pharmacies! Had a touchdown today of some test e and anavar! We have started week 2 of this training program. Chest/Back workout from yesterday in this log. Starting this week we are adding 1 drop set to certain exercises marked with an asterisk after them. There are no movements with drop sets in the chest/back workout, but the leg workout that will be in tomorrow's log had some. The addition of the drop sets were killer today in the leg workout! Felt good for the chest/back workout. Numbers stayed basically the same, maybe an extra rep here or there. Felt good! I decided to change the 10 mg cialis from eod to ed. We are continuing to hit our macros pretty much right on point! My first check-in pictures of this bulk are attached below!

My first rest day since last wednesday. My rest days will now be wednesday, and sunday... but I had to workout everyday last week in order to catch back up to my new training schedule. Feeling a sense of overall well-being.. training wise as well as just everyday life. I know my EQ is nowhere close to being fully saturated, but I can't wait until it is. Right around that same time we will be adding in NPP. I"m not sure which dose we will be going with, but it is a brand new compound for me.. which is always an exciting thing to add something new in! I just got done with my Chest workout today (3/5/2026), which will be in tomorrow's log. I did have a horrible night of sleep last night for some reason.. getting in less than 3 hours total. It is back to work tomorrow, so hopefully I will be able to catch back on some much needed rest before I go back in at 11 am. Man, my 2 days off from work always fly by soo damn fast. Shout out to all my fellow loggers, and especially to the USP logging family! Love reading through everyone's log and catching that air of motivation from it. I'll be back tomorrow to report on today's workout.

Love this back workout. Since I am doing movements I haven't ever done, or at least haven't done in a while, I am actually getting sore, which I love because that means I am working out muscles that I Haven't been, and hopefully by doing so, I will be able to bring up those parts of my body that have been neglected. For todays workout, that will be posted tomorrow, I had a shoulder day. Went great.. I also took 30 mg var today for the shoulder workout since it was after work and felt like I needed a little extra push... I'm sure most of it is mental, but when I walked in the gym today, the employee that I always talk to was like damn bro.. Looks like you already worked out. I don't know what it is, but I am feeling like my muscles are becoming more "full". Veins are still popping... I can't wait for this eq to fully saturate! Got word from the guy who is giving me guidance that I will be adding in the NPP in about 3 weeks, which i'm very excited for! Tomorrow I will be back to log about my shoulder workout I just did. Took an extra rest day as I was not feeling very good. Still worked 5-2am, but besides that I pretty much did nothing yesterday. I feel much better today and I will be reporting on my chest/back workout tomorrow! I will be skipping my rest day on Wednesday in order to catch back up. Next rest day will be Sunday. The plan is to add NPP in about 3 weeks... i'm pretty hyped for that! Right about that same time, 6 weeks into the test/eq, the eq will start to being taking full effect. Had a few days where I was not feeling 100 percent, but we are back at it again! This log is from yesterday's leg workout. Again, love this new workout schedule. This is week 2 into it. We are now hitting 2 drop sets after the movements labeled with an asterisk after it. The drop sets really add an intensity into the workouts. I just received some YK11 in the mail as well and tried it for the first time today, which will be in tomorrows log. I really can't wait to have this EQ fully saturated in my body. The food has been a little difficult to get down, especially the last few days because I have been waking up late due to not feeling all the way 100 percent. Now that I am feeling good again, things are really going to be put into motion now. I could really tell in my workout today that I am back baby, and that will be documented tomorrow. We will be logging my chest workout from today, which felt amazing. After having a couple of days feeling "down" or a little depressed/under the weather... have really gave me a new motivation and excitement to hit it hard again. Back on track and ready to go! Maybe 2 or 3 weeks until we add in the NPP as well, which i'm very pumped for!

We are totally back on it now. This chest workout from yesterday felt absolutely amazing. What's funny is a guy came up to me asking how I got my rear delts. It's always nice to hear something like that... What made it better is that the guy was big as hell asking me for advice. I took a 25 mg dose of yk11 for the first time yesterday pre workout. The pumps I am getting while working out right now are ridiculous. Some of my macros I did not hit yesterday, because I ended up waking up pretty late. Today I ran a 30 mg anavar and 25 mg YK-11, I will be logging about that experience tomorrow. Today also marks the beginning of week 4 of my test/EQ. Another 2-3 weeks and the EQ will be fully saturating in my system. I can see veins all over my legs now as well. Veins are starting to pop everywhere. Shout out to US-Pharmacies, which has been my provider of all oils I use. There is NEVER any pip or pain at all while pinning. The US-pharmacies product has never let me down.

Notes

We just started the beginning of week 4 of my test/EQ cycle, which means in another 2-3 weeks we will be introducing NPP into the mix. New compound for me, as this is only my 2nd cycle ever. Very excited for that to happen. A few things I am noticing right now are a LOT more veins all over, especially in my legs. Another thing I'm beginning to notice is hair growing in my abdominal/chest area. Before I started taking all of this seriously, I got my test checked ... it was 253. I couldn't grow a full beard, and now I can... I actually have to shave way more often lol. This was also my 2nd day taking the injectable YK-11. Crazy pumps in the gym, and I am also able to see a slight strength increase, or possible just pushing myself harder. I had a great shoulder workout today, which will be posting in tomorrow's log. I tell you what though... the single arm lat pulldowns feel like a game changer! You can really feel it isolating your lat, I love that mind-muscle connection. Overall, feeling pretty good right now! Last week was kind of a rough one for some reason. I just had little to no energy to get anything done. I am back on the motivated side of things now. Next check-in will be Monday, 3/16/2026.
