Thanks guy's, I enjoy competing. It's tough but rewarding in the end.. Right now I'm working on size. So it will be in October till I compete again. Kinda sucks since i like stepping in stage but it's all part of the process

Thanks , it does take up ALL your time during prep but something to see if you can push your body to its limits . Take a stab at it man at the very least ,you will prob get in the best shape of your life even if you didn't step on stage
