6’3 and 240 at 18?! Holy fuck man! I was 5’9 and 110 pounds at 18
Lol I was 5'6 at 18 and 120lbs soaking wet. But now you surely made it after all those years of training.

Yep sit around 200 pounds now. Got up to 225 but felt like crap even though I was 10% bf. feel good right around 200 for now. It’s amazing what a little food and weight training can do for you!

Lol thanks dude! I’m always trying to grow! Good old chicken and rice hasn’t failed me yet. Your son is massive!! I was 220 when I graduated high school! Hopefully a college team will pick him up and you can get some free tickets lol

Yeah , thanks brother , he'd a big kid , I am so proud, no doubt. Few years ago he & I drove down to Cincinnati area to.pick up 31 Japanese Maple trees , & riding down with , he in the passenger seat , plus in my little car Stratus , feel.crammed in there , but even back then I was like Damn, my Baby youngster is growing like a damn weed..lol.. his legs especially.. I just would fathom his actual size until sitting next to me in that car legs all stuffed to the Glove box , he must have been uncomfortable. But I had realized this kid is going to be big, bigger than me "On Gear " ha..!
I surely hope he gets a ride, I was worried the divorce his mother & I went thru final two years ago last week, would cause havoc in his life...? But he's doing good.
Back at Basketball now, he just finished Varsity football ..

Well, I sincerely hope he doesn't get into "this" , our game that is..! But it is completely possible considering he "may"
get picked up either basketball, or football.. it's everywhere
As we all know.
And if he should however, at least he's giyt a pops that has a handle on what "we" do , so as to advise. But I'm not going to encourage. I know , it sounds hypocritical.
But I'm sure ya know what I mean.
Maybe he already got into my "stash" lol...! IDK but his older brother no where near as big.
When he was a toddler & little kid, looks strikingly very much the same (brother is going to be 33 )it's almost scary the resemblance in some pics.

But here he is back turned so I don't have to edit out face.
Holding his niece, (my grandbaby ) at her 3rf b-day party past April.
Probably only 235 ish here as of late his sis said he'd leaning out a bit. I don't see him much (divorce will.do that, & he'd busy with buds & chics , so who wants to hang out with their 53 year old (pop's )..?? Lol.. I miss him dearly
