How to take HGH for MAXIMUM MASS GAINS.

The basis of this post is to highlight the ideal manner in which to gain maximum muscle mass from a GH cycle.

I will be very clear to point out that this is something I have tried and have seen numerous others try in the National and Pro ranks. The source of this Protocol is another trainer thus credit does go to him and not me!

Many people still follow the 5 day on / 2 day off protocol for taking HGH. This protocol mainly came from the “olden” days where HGH wasn’t as easily available; and where it was; the costs were extremely high.

Those that decide to take HGH have two options to follow

Fat Loss and Muscle Mass

ED : Everyday method where HGH is taken in the morning and then the late afternoon

To further enhance fat loss, you may want to consider taking it up to 3x per day.

1 – Pre Cardio: Morning
2 – Mid morning
3 – Pre workout \ Post workout (you may want to experiment with this one as some may see a dip in blood glucose if taken before. Whilst you want to have a low blood glucose level if you are in fat loss mode, too low will obviously be counter-productive)

Maximum Muscle Mass

EOD : This method is somewhat new. The idea is to take your entire weeks GH allowance; and then divide it by three and take the GH PWO.

Eg

Let’s say you are going to take 4iu per day on a ED schedule. That would equate to 4iu x 7 days : 28IUs per week

28 IU / 3 : 9.3 IU

Thus, you would be taking 9IU PWO 3x per week

NOTE : If taking GH in this manner, ensure you administer it IM and not SubQ. This will ensure that the GH is absorbed the fastest.

The idea behind this method is to further enhance the “window of opportunity” that’s created in the PWO phase. Taking the HGH in this manner should not require t3/t4 supplementation, however; as a precautionary it is always best to measure your morning temperature to assess if it has fallen. If you notice that it has, t3/t4 may be required.

I can confidently say that for MASS this protocol; when aligned with the correct workout schedule \ diet and AAS assistance, WILL yield the most mass gains that are possible with HGH.

Personally speaking, with the correct combination of

HGH : 3x
AAS : Test Base and potentially a good Androgen (Fina maybe)
T3 : on hand incase temperature dip

You should be able to get phenomenal results. Key here is Diet in all honesty. I'm a very big fan of getting the best results with the least amount of gear. It will only help you in your future\later years; so try and curb dosages now.

I do get very concerned when I read of high dosages that people take, when there current level of development is somewhat mediocre. Personally, no one should need to take more then 750 Test / 7-10IU 3x HGH / 75mg Fina EOD to get to a decent stature (and even then, they should work up to this)

Clearly the more muscle you have, the more you have to support and thus dosages have to be adjusted, but if you can; ALWAYS use the least. If you aren't gaining, and you KNOW the "supplements" are legit, LOOK AT YOUR DIET and WORKOUT.
 
Would you want to take the gh on your 3 most intense workout days even if they are back to back or would you want it to be spaced out even like Monday wednesday Friday ?
 
I’ve done it every way. Every day, 3x week, on training days only. One giant dose once a week (weird trainer), night time, day time, split 3x a day, etc.

Never noticed a difference as long as I was consistent.

The best way, imo, to do it would be to follow a protocol for a few weeks and test your igf levels, then switch to a different method and retest. The thing is not everything works the same for everyone. Find your sweet spot, work it til it doesn’t work anymore and try something else.

All that being said, mixed with slin was the best I’ve ever had gh work, hands down. Didn’t matter how I took It. I grew like a weed and stripped the fat so long as I watched my cals and carbs closely.

What was your protocol running the slin with the GH?...how many IUs of GH and slin?...inject at the same time/syringe?...time of day?...after a workout?...diet?...Thanks brotha.

Workout

shoot hgh (as much as i can afford)

20 min later igf bi laterally 20mcg each side

15 to 20 min later humalog starting at 2iu and ramping up each workout until about 18-20iu.

10-15 grams of carbs per iu of insulin immediately to 15 min after. Carbs should be dextrose, sugar, waxy maize, etc. fast absorbing.

Plenty of glucose tabs or candy on hand in case of insulin crash.

Towards the end of my time with those compounds I never went above 12iu of insulin. At my peak I think was doing wayyyy more insulin but it was overkill. This was all around 2008 or so.

There might be a better way to do it now.

I also had good success with keto and low dose slin but that’s super tricky and I can’t remember all the details. 1 or 2 ius daily to induce ketosis i believe.

How much protein with your carbs post insulin?
 
Interesting, no doubt..! But what I am struggling with here is PWO .., is that Pre Workout, or Post W/O...?

I currently have stopped GH just for two weeks, as I have incorporated MK-677 into my pre-bed 12.5 (I fill a gel cap with half a cc of the 25mg/ml as I can't stand the after taste, much less after brushing teeth, b4 bed.

Then , (my normal with GH has always been upon waking , regardless of the shift I was/or an on.

Midnight's. It I went home & went right to sleep , usually .

Then when I wake midday, I'd do my 2.5, or 3 -4 iu .

Mainly for leanness, and so I can eat whatever the Hell I want lol.. ! And it works...

So now, next I'm going to keep the Mk-677 at pre-bed z then (since I'm on afternoon shift two weeks now, & sleeping much better, and actually making good GainZ again.) The GH will go back in probably in a few days, upon waking of course.

I may play with some of these other variables, /protocols & see what might behold.

I've also heard /read that Hydro Whey is the superior Protien to take when doing a slin run.

I've actually got a protocol saved , I'd like to give an honest crack at , but it requires a bit of preparedness, and I want to wait til I can commit entirely.

Honestly - never noticed a difference. I tried a bunch of different proteins and Aminos it all ended up the same.

Consistency and an anabolic environment was the trick.
