I have some on the way and was wondering in your guys experience; what was your favorite way you took it? I'm also on hgh at 3.5 ius a day split am and Pm. I'm thinking of running 50mcg a day for about 4 weeks. I also only have bac water and the vials are 200mcg vials so I'll be finishing a vial every 4 days, so will the bac water work fine? I heard of people doing it before bed for weight loss, pre workout for pumps, and post workout for gains. There's so much info and experiences out there and I'm not trying to spend hours reading threw other forums. I would rather hear your guys input and go from there. Thanks in advance.
 
50mcg won't do anything, my exp. make sure it's real igf and run it at 150mcg or it's a waste. I just got done 8 weeks of des at 200mcg a day and I really don't think it did a dam thing. Stick to the basics, your better off and won't throw ur money away.
 
I am on 6 iu hgh and 80mcg IGF lr3. I healed from 2 surgery's in 3 weeks.
It's slow. That s all I can say
Do do 3 iu pre-workout protien shake then IGF lr3 bi-lateral in bathroom at exhaustion part of workout. I eat after workout
I fall asleep anywhere have to fight hard. Lol

I heard it makes you super tired lol that's why I was thinking about doing it before bed.. I might just end up doing it preworkout and days not trained before bed.
 
Get up bang gh, wait 35min, bang igf, wait 35min bang slin, that's the protocol to follow if your gonna do it, before bed doesn't make sence imo.

Do igf 30 minutes into workout go finish workout get to food and carbs within 15 minutes after workout!!!
I am falling asleep right now from this morning!!!
Am super tired so I know for me I have it nailed. I can go to sleep anywhere this last for a couple hours at LEAST!!!

Did 2.5 iu gh at 5am drank 6p grams protein at 5:30 drove to gym. Started workout at 6:00 am pinned igf at 6:45
Ate by 7:15 started feeling like sleeping at 7:40.
It's 9:25 and still fighting it and I take 40mg adderall a day!!!
I do other gh shot at 4:00pm 2.5iu. Drive home from work eat.
At 10pm I use 300 mcg of ipamorelin!!!

For me it's all working!
Wife recorded audio of me sleeping at night! Wow!!!
I wake up soaked like on tren from ipamorelin at night!!!
This is working for me!!
And if u have good igf u wanna mimic body what it does natural with gh then IGF release. At night, u can't use it to be affective u may go hypo but timing is all wrong. The half life doesn't matter at all once bound they all same. Half life only prevents binding deactivating protiens.
Don't care what u read gh release opens pathway for igf so it makes sense to use correctly.
If the Half life of IGF lr3 ables it to travel thru our bodies we don't want that anyway!
We want it where we worked out muscles.
And if it traveled then why??? Is IGF increased after gh in blood levels but not elevated after just a pin only of IGF lr3!!!
Think about that!!!
This half life has confused people and too much. It's not a half life like a drug that last longer in effects, instead it's a half life of resistance to deactivating proteins before bound to receptor.
But once bound every form last the time amount of time in its reaction!!!!

brother, for someone that is tired and can fall asleep anywhere, you sure provided some interesting info that I had to re-read couple times to digest it. My favorite way to use IGF-1 lr3 is to pin once (not bilaterally) 1st thing in morning in my delt - tricep region. I tried pre workout, post workout and intra workout (which was tough due to pump and holding slin pin still, but simple and pain free after couple attempts lol). For me, I found that 1ml bac water in each somedin vial and I'd pin 2-3iu ED.

I've tried DES, but lr3 is my favorite. Don't get me wrong, there is a reason why folks pin at certain times...its because it worked for them. I don't think you can go wrong as long as you don't go hypo which I never experienced.

my juiciest monkey, I think that the fact you've been on HGH and now adding IGF-1 is a smart idea...you may not have planned it that way, but I LIKE IT. And you know my style/lazyiness aka KISS keep it simply simple (don't like stupid).

Whoops. Turkish pharmacy brand for 12.5mcg t3 and 100mg t4. I have to take two every morning I inject my HGH or I'll be completely useless the entire day, swaying back and forth trying not to fall asleep. Gh really knocks you the fuck out.

Gh and igf makes u tired too!
It's only after workout when I use in way above!!
If i use before workout with gh and no carbs I go hypo.

Low low carb protein

I get to food within 25 minutes after IGF
And workout is done

I know the feeling of nodding out but mine was due to sleep deprivation. To be honest, kinda scares me that you can fall asleep so easy. I would hate to see you fall asleep behind wheel. Have you thought about a GH restart meaning lower your dose until no sides and then slowly work your way up?

It's not that bad. But I am tired!
Let's be honest, I take clonazepam at night adderall in morning all prescribed.
Sleep depervation has alot to do with it!
Stress!!!
But it's only from using the igf In this way this happens.
I run on hardly any sleep all the time.
Am adhd hyperactive!
I am also on empty stomach with no carbs and prolly need carb drink during workout.
But anyway!
I have always gotten hypo when taking superdrol and been borderline if I don't eat since 16 i found out!
Anyway let's just say....

I have some t3/t4 mix half and half tabs.
They are 50mcg of each

But I was waiting on straight t4 which I heard was better on gh!

It's not that easy that I fall asleep. Adhd couldn't finish response at work!
But I do paperwork first thing in morning.
I am sober been that way for 12 years, I dont think I am gonna have an accident from this!!! Lol!!
I use my meds as prescribed only and only on .5 mg clonazepam at night. I don't get drunk or smoke pot or anything that impairs me at all. I have clean driving record and my job is strict about safety and we observed all the time!!

I am high strung always been and any feeling of tired I notice!!
I actually stand up except to drive or sleep, but some gym exercises require sitting for a moment!
It's just not like me to feel tired, but I see rest of world this way everyday so....

I've also heard that t4 alone is better while on gh, but it just doesn't work for most people as good as t3 does. I'm so fucking glad it works too, I was drinking 4 Monsters a day and could still fall asleep in 2 seconds if you let me. Hell, I'm on t3/t4 right now and I could take a nap! Shit is potent!

t4 is what my hgh guru told me. t4 empty stomach 1st thing. t3 is not needed on HGH. I then tried t4/t3 and felt no difference. then I tried t3 and felt no difference lol. Bill Roberts has a great article on T4 and HGH.
 
Anyone have a preference for site specific muscle growth between igf-1 lr3 and des? I want to my legs to fill out my bigger shorts next cycle and go for about 4 months really hard. Any comments would be appreciated. I don't like spending money if it's not worth it.

DES is supposed to be much more anabolic and more folks use for site injection. I'd pin your dose in as many locations on your legs. I've pinned my chest and that was spooky scare sticking a 1/2" towards your heart. But I split my dose into 5 pins per pec....and that was provbly last time I pinned anything but delt - tricep region. I don't pin biceps because I am scared to hit a vein, but I can feel it there too. I wonder if I won the bicep and tricep contest when I was on IGF or not......sorry I had to brag to make myself feel good lol
