Idiots guide to mixing / dosing BPC-157 needed

For those who have done it, can you tell me if I'm correct.

So I want to use 250 mcg twice a day.
5 mg bottle mixed (2 ml BAC?) , using 500 mcg a day (250 x 2) is 20 doses (10 days). (so 3 bottles would last a month).

What is 250 mcg on a 100 unit slin pin?

Ive seen 2 ml, 2.5 ml and 3 ml mentioned when it comes to the BAC. Any input here?

At 2 ml to reconstitute “10” on a 100 iu slin pin would be 250 mcg

With your conversion using 2ml of Bac H2O you will want to inject 10iu of your solution for 250mcg.

Just ordered from HuPharma and Alan, great service and communication thus far.
Wish me luck with my injuries. I dont expect miracles,but a tiny improvement is welcome. (Ill be able to tell after 8 weeks of PT exercises so far not doing much)
Hoping with BPC and exercises, I feel some improvement. I also expect to use longer than 30 days, will order more to keep it going a bit..
