Anybody have any feedback on this company? Was going to pick up some just for breakfast/lunch variety for a few months to change things up and for the convience, i don't mind cooking but i am limited. They look damn good and $ isnt a issue. I'm more concerned with the intergrity of the prep services, do the meals really meet their label claims?

I have something like this in my favorites. Was looking at it, but it's insanely expensive. Searching for it...

That looks delicious.....Funny, in that same thread the guy said 5% meal plan is good but label claims are way off which defeats the entire purpose

That link I posted to pro muscle is a review of Mega-Fit meals. He says that he tried 5% meals also, but the 5% meals are way off label claims, so it was determined that mega-fit meals are the best choice.

Wow, thanks for that. I saw a review of them over at PM and it was positive, anyone have one you can recommend? 5% looks good but im not sure their label claims are accurate.

Yes...! ( Preparing "Your Own" ..! ) I know life is hectic, and we all have our share of obligations, but fixing Healthy Meal's {especially once you settle on the Right Macros for your intended goal } , is so.easy, and so.much more cost effective. Sweet potatoes are cheap (and easy to fix ) last a good few days if put away right.

Oatmeal, big double bags from.Sams, or Costco "Cheap". And who can't fix oatmeal...? Even Healthy whole grain//mtigrain Toast, or untoasted for Turkey/Chicken//Roast beef sandwich's easy peasy.

Brown rice, let the rice cooker ))Crock-Pot meals do the work for ya, Fresh Raw veggies just need to be washed , then pack.n go eat//snack when you need to.

A Killer Salad with HBegg, Avacado, any choice of greens, Romaine lettuce (Grilled ChX on top ) , or whatever ..?broccoli/cauliflower a so easy. Apples to go with your oatmeal for simple quick sugar. Who can t fix a beef patty, or six whole rotisserie Chickens, buy two de-bone em & divvy up in meal.containers.

Or, you could "Hire" me....! But I'm not cheap...!
