Had my 8year-old take these shots today. I currently weight 263 lbs, 5'11", and am 45+ year-old. Like to add 25-30 lbs of solid muscle in the next year. Looking to complete next year. I have a lot of work ahead of me!!

25-30lbs is a lot muscle to put on in a year. I'm not going to say its impossible but it almost is. Especially with what you want to do. Cut and add that much muscle. Ur a big dude.

I'll put the work in.... I have my diet dialed in. I'm not gaining water & for my size, my bf% isn't too high. Gotta slin at the right time. :D
 
Impossible to gain that much muscle in a year if you do then you belomg on the olympia stage

Lol... I am not as concerned about the time as much as the mass gainz. Nothing says I have to complete next year. Others here have done the same as I have proposed. I just need to be Aggressive. But if it takes longer, I'm good with that. But I also welcome any and all advice.
 
My 263 was all fat, lol. You clearly have solid muscle going on.

Lots of tren bro thats what i feel builds the best quality muscle
 
It's not impossible to gain that much in a year but ask your self are you ready to workout for 2 hours a day eat 9 meals a day and make sure you get a minimum of 8 hours of sleep. If not set your goals much lower.

But honestly I suggest dropping under 8% before you try adding any mass. You will prime your body for growth.

If op can get to 10ish% bf, he'll look bigger than he does now. Even if its at 220# the defenition and muscle separation makes a huge difference in appearance.

I think u can gain alot but solid muscle 25lbs is a lot that takes years usually unless you got money for 10+ ius real hgh and slin
