i found some win in oil. supposedly

Its 2010. What all would make it cloudy because yeas ago it was clear as can be. I didnt know if it crashed for sitting so long. But surely if I refiltered and heated it .
I found all thus along with the winn n tren. It was in bottom of closet from close to ten years
