How to cook a damn steak?

Just grilled a sirloin sizzle, some chicken baked sweet potato, and steamed broccoli with cheddar.

If you don’t have a meat thermometer then you are just guessing. For less than 20$ you can get one that you stick in your steak then cook with it, unit sits outside your grill or oven and you can set to your preferred internal temperature. Seriously, you haven’t had a perfect steak until you’ve used one of these! Will post pic when I get back home Monday.

Got this rib eye roast on sale. Marinating in Dale's and seasoning. And fixin to throw on grill.

My steak was awesome! Cooked a few potatoes in the air fryer.

Lol, yes I like to cook and grill. I cook most of our meals at home.

Well, steak again tonight. Did the asparagus in the insta pot. 5 minutes and cooked perfectly. Sweet potatoes with some Irish butter. The big sirloin was mine of course.
