Not necessarily bro. I like to think of it like gear. You eat the steak, that's like a decoanate ester, eat the chicken and that's the enanthate and you eat some fish, that's phenylpropionate, and some whey is gonna be your prop or acetate. Then you got those expensive supplements like hydrolized whey or bcaas and those are like no ester.This is one of those times where more at one sitting is not always better.
