Hormones and Iron Levels

I absolutely notice a drop in pretty much all minerals when on hormones. I have to supplement them much more.
 
I have always supplemented calcium, magnesium, and zinc, but this is the first time, with numerous previous cycles, where I needed to supplement iron.
 
I have never supped iron, for the longest time I never took vitamins, and I still don’t believe in them but take a multi pack everyday. I get everything I need from the massive food I eat everyday. I believe in that way 100%

Does it happen to be tren that you are running? I think I get the same problem from tren my mcv has been near the too low range and my RDW is high too. Alongside ferritin bein lower.

I've cycled tren in the pat with no problems. It just this current cycle where my iron levels have dropped a little, but I haven't had any problems with my energy.
