Hgh and blood pressure

Anybody notice their bp rising after starting gh?

I have actually found some research that back up what I had already discovered is that excess levels of GH cause elevated aldosterone. Aldosterone not only control water in the body but high levels cause vasoconstriction which causes the BP to rise. Increase stores of water make the problem even worse.

The solution? Angiotensin II receptor agonists. This blocks the receptor that is causing the aldosterone secreations thus helping to relax the arteriolar vasoconstriction, stopping the retention of fluids and lowering the BP.

Examples of angiotensin II receptor blockers include:

Azilsartan (Edarbi)
Candesartan (Atacand)
Eprosartan (Teveten)
Irbesartan (Avapro)
Losartan (Cozaar)
Telmisartan (Micardis)
Valsartan (Diovan)

Aldactone is another medication used to treat a condition in which you have too much aldosterone in your body.
Medication Names
spironolactone (Aldactone)
eplerenone (Inspra)

Any type of diuretic, thiazide, loop and potassium-sparing should also do the trick.

I found this out because I take Benicar HTC for BP and never get BP problems or water retention from HGH, peptides of MK677.

Not for me. My blood glucose levels are high though. Trying to find the best way to combat it. Anyone have any easy ways?

Have you tried Metformin? 500mg twice a day will meals will really help. I hear a more natural product call berberine will also help.

Thanks brother. I don't want to take any of that stuff but my blood glucose was 110 last time I got bloods done. Just want to get this shot under control.

Metfirmin pretty innocuous compound probably more harmless then anything you've used , if it helps can't hurt to try . Since all of us include muah, sometime fail to see all the sides everything can give us. Things like BP and BS you want normal before things evolve

Thanks brother. My bloods were really good when they came back so when I saw the high blood glucose I knew it was the HGH. Gonna hop on that stuff since my blood pressure is spot on, a nice 115/75 with 60bpm

Give Rambo a PM, I know he has it. Metformin is specifically for people with type I diabetes. It controls blood glucose levels. Works very well.

Metformin is the basic obvious remedy Ketsugo explained.

You may consider as well combining IGF1 at low dosage, it helps directly to counterbalance the GH harmful effect on insulin sensitivity, and of course has a distinct synergistic effectn with GH in the anabolic, anti-catabolic and metabolic areas - here for instance a scientific literature on this -

===================================

GH may exert metabolic effects either directly or indirectly through increased production of IGF-I. GH administration increases circulating IGF-I levels via stimulation of hepatic synthesis and secretion of IGF-I; it may also enhance local IGF-I synthesis, which exerts paracrine or autocrine effects. Figure 2 summarizes the metabolic effects of GH and IGF-I. Administration of GH and IGF-I in adult humans has been demonstrated to enhance protein anabolism. Combined administration of GH and IGF-I was observed to be more anabolic than either IGF-I or GH alone. Evidence is presented that protein accretion results mainly from direct effects of GH on tissues; additional indirect effects via IGF-I production are also likely. Administration of GH has been reported to produce carbohydrate intolerance with elevated plasma insulin levels, resulting from insulin resistance. in contrast, insulin sensitivity increased during administration of IGF-I, which exerts hypoglycaemic effects even with concomitant suppression of insulin secretion. A major direct metabolic effect of GH is to increase fat mobilization and oxidation, and thereby to reduce total body fat; there is no evidence that IGF-I acts directly on adipose tissue in vivo. GH administration results in sodium retention via stimulation of Na-K-ATPase. It is suggested that part of the effects of GH on tubular function (e.g. phosphate reabsorption) are mediated via IGF-I. Energy expenditure may be increased by administration of either GH or relatively high doses of IGF-I. One of the reasons for this phenomenon is an increase in lean body mass; GH may increase energy expenditure additionally be enhancing the production of T3 and by increasing lipid oxidation

I recently came down with high BP but cialis and losing 20 plus pounds fat going from 14% ( which high for me ) to now teeter between 6-8% bf brought my BP down 20 points . Plus trying Ton of herbs garlic , Hawthorne , naringin as I have been Dx with
https://www.google.com/search?q=polycythemia+vera&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&hl=en-us&client=safari

Which is apparent as " treatable blood cancer " for lack of better term . I use the naringin and blood draws to bring my blood count down almost 40 points . Yet im now a patient of Dana Farber : Boston cancer institute

Scriox any research for igf and my other issues ?

I somewhere that if you're on cycle your estrogen levels could spike as a result of the HGH, thus causing an increase in bp. What did your bloods say? I'd just talk to a doc because he/she will fix you up for sure if your bp is concerning you

Holy shit you are over here too. I talked to you once or so on Basskillers forum. Thanks for the reference~ I love the IGF-1, I will look that up and get the full study. Interesting. Hey GW 1516 also does wonders with metabolic syndrome, especially blood glucose levels.

I just located the full study and asked the researchers to send me a copy, it also lead me to another good study which I also sked for a copy of,
