Great to be a part of this awesome forum!! Been sitting back reading and learning. Little about me 45yrs young 5'6" 240lbs about 14%bf been lifting since 8th grade and have a few cycles under my belt. I never researched just took advice from a friend on what gear to take but my last cycle doing my own research did wonders! Hope to gain more knowledge and more gainz!!

Welcome, dude your Massive, especially at that height, and I say this "based " on ur height, I have a bud who got his Pro card some years back, and he was 5'4" has gotten to in the 190's & looked huge, competed at 176 I believe One above welter..?

But when he puts on mass, it's mind boggling, I'm tall, so need to get every bit of mass on as I can, I stay pretty lean, so the look is there, just frustrated with the lack of overall size, but had been to 241 at 41-42 years of age.

welcome aboard. I never thought I'd enjoy saying "welcome aboard"...maybe I should lower my bar more so my goals are easy to accomplish and be a door man.

Dude I thought i was gonna be bigger lol had a growth spurt in 4th grade and was always the tallest kid but never grew past 5'6" lol but I did manage to keep getting wider lol. I'm here with ya bro in the motor city!! Might have to hook up with you one day!
