I was out on vacation and had a couple surgeries. Was out of things for a bit, but now i am recovered back in gym and hopefully won't go any where again.

Am doing better! Just can't squat or go heavy on legs. Everything else is good.
Joints and shoulder had time to heal even though it was only like a month! Off from weights! First time in long time
