I would just like to introduce myself I've been working out on and off for about 4 years now I'm really trying to get lean and getting my diet a hundred percent on point and clean, make the most gains I can make these fourms look very informative and good for advice and information on things that point me on the right direction on to the path to which I can succeed. I will take everybody's criticism and input and use it to better myself. Thanks
