8oz chicken breast. I prefer it grilled on the bbq or smoker
1/2 cup of jasmine rice
Diced carrots, green beans, bell pepper
1 whole egg and 1 egg white
2 tablespoons of cashews
Touch of black pepper
This is one of my favorites the cashews change everything!!!!
