lol I know right I'm stuck at 205 and can't get past it I'm starting to get pissed off I even started taking creatine again. The hgh and t4 is probably keeping me trim I'm thinking of upping the hgh from 4 to 5 ius. I mean I have enough might as well

Growth lowers insulin and insulin lower growth . using growth alone for anti aging and fat loss ok but too build muscle you need the IGF pulse they work together

If you get humalog take your growth about 2 hrs pre workout and take the Slin immediately pre workout so the peak together . if you take 5 ius just eat 30 grams or so carbs and put a couple scoops of karbolyn or other high weight carb in your water jug and sip on it while training

If you can't get past 205 with gear diet or training is messed up or gear is bunk. Just a honest opinion and don't think about slin until your peaked from gear alone.

I wouldn't even dare touch slin myself.
 
I got up to 220 on a previous cycle but I haven't been able to get up there again, but then again I wasn't taking ai's and was pretty bloated. It's probably diet I haven't been eating as much as I should. And possibly gear too I've been brewing my own and you never really know what the purity of those raws are. I'm going to start overdosing all my gear and running higher doses. I'm going to go get bloods soon to see where my test is at from the stuff I brewed.

It's still pretty jacked, when I try to go harder at the gym it starts hurting again later that day or the next day. I'm actually sitting on a heating pad right now lol
